The Beginning

My goal here is to take a different approach in attempt to loose weight over the next three months as a short term goal. However, I would like to focus week to week and month to month as I go on in this journey. FAIL is a word I will no longer accept as I take this vow to commit to myself inside and out. I will keep use this blog twice a week to report my progress dedicating monday’s and friday’s as my weigh in days and reports.<font size=12>
